On the BWG meeting held on Oct. 29, Mr. Satoh, chairman of BWG introduced the working group’s activities report and activity plan of BWG and answered relevant questions from attending members.
BWG meeting was held in Bangkok, Thailand in March 2008. XGP promotion activities were carried out to visitors to XGP booth in ITU Telecom Asia 2008 in Bangkok, Thailand in September 2008.

On PWG meeting held in Oct. 29, PWG Chairman Mr. Akatsuka made report on activity report in fiscal year 2007 and activity plan for fiscal year 2008.
Bi-month newsletters were published and Website was updated by SWG2. Around 1500 peoples subscribed the newsletter. XGP handbook with XGP technical outline and the 4th Edition of PHS Guidebook with the latest technical trend regarding terminal, base stations and backbone were published by SWG3. And a new panel, SWG4（Next Generation PHS Promotion Project) was established in August 2008.

Rundown of The 23rd General Meeting of PHS MoU Group
The 23rd General Meeting of PHS MoU Group was held in WTC Hotel in Hangzhou China in the morning of Oct. 30, 2008. Forty-one delegates from nineteen companies from countries and areas including China, Taiwan, Canada, Thailand, Israel, Norway and Japan attended the meeting.
8 proposals including the re-election of group leaders, the adoption of XGP as offcial name for next generation PHS, and the introduction of a new group names were discussed on the meeting.

Israeli chip maker Altair introduced PHY function of its chip in a presentation titled XGP Performance.

The 23rd PHS MoU Group General Meeting was held successfully in Hangzhou China in Oct. 29th and 30th.
What should be mentioned was that Mr. Fuxin Xu, who devoted his life in promoting PHS in China and Mr. Hongyu Lin, who wrote a book to memorize the epoch-making experience of PHS in China, joined the meeting in the afternoon on Oct. 30th.
Mr. Fuxin Xu is still deeply attached to PHS after retirement. In his speech on the meeting, he repeatedly called for the “confidence to PHS”. I respected him deeply for his calmness in reading the status quo and his scrupulousness in judging the future.

I live since I was born.
It is the next morning when it was lodged in the house of a certain friend this summer.
The friend who appeared in the garden,
"Tortoise comes and!" I raised "and a voice.
Is not there the butterfly which emerged to the branch of the shrub of the garden stops at, appearing when I look?
I opened a feather slowly slowly and it was closed and did seem to get ready to fly away?
However, it was the weather that it occasionally sprinkled by the cold that I cannot think of in the summer in the morning.
Shook for wind, and the butterfly was hit to the rain which fell and I was feeble at all and was seen.
I became afraid whether I had sometimes run out of energy because I did not move still.
A chest became gradually hot when I looked.
I am similar as natural providence, and the butterfly is going to only fly away without a hesitation.

We human being gets a present called "the imagination" that other animals do not have and is born in the world.

But, every person meeting as ever, is asked when "look busy"; every time "get it, no, that", と hurry-scurries. (^^ ゞ
Because I am particular about words, I am rather bewildered.
Well, I was troubled a little whether there were not the "busy" good words I was similar, and to be replaced.
There are とか "enjoying", とか "doing spirit" in various ways, but is hard to readily use it at the age of emergency to be too different in the nuance of a word when busy".
It flashed incidentally this morning.
"Cheerfully." (^ ○ ^)
っていうと, a heart somewhat beats fast "cheerfully"; do not feel?
It is the words that rose in such an expectation why something, a wonderful thing seem to depend on from now on.
Do steps become the sense becoming light unintentionally?

"Look busy, and sulk"; "can get it, and be busy"…"

I am pleased with criticism.
It is criticized, and there may not be many pleased people.
I never liked it, too.
I got excited, and there was the time when I refuted a partner.
Even if I see it in this way（How do I see it?） A junior high school / high school days, the speech contest continuation six years highest award in the school. Oh, I am strange. （爆）
But sleep; recently,
I came to think utterly.
Criticism is ありがたいなあ, って.
It is good with a partner to criticize だって; intellect らなくちゃなりません.
If there is a sentence, I read it slowly and carefully and confirm the action of the person well.
Besides, this needs considerable energy because I make up words of the criticism.
I take energy only for it and time, and it is to think about a partner.
At first I will try thought in it if you were criticized by somebody.
When, with this short lifetime valuable time and energy, there is the person who thinks you to be it seriously like that.
When, with the person whom I am really sincere, think about you, it rotates now while there is a human being of 6,000,000,000 on this ground.
Our true misfortune is what is minded from nobody.
It is such a reason to feel most uncomfortable at "cold shoulder" by bullying.
When you are criticized at least by somebody, you are strongly tied to the person.
Some deep connection is that there is it there.
Possibly it may not be decorated with the too nice words superficially.
But I fail to receive the strong energy that a root has when swung around on the surface.
Therefore it is criticized and suffers a loss even if the person "flying into rage" takes it.
The thing which cannot catch the energy that came over with much effort well.
I will only take straight the strong energy itself.
Then an interesting thing is generated even if I take it.
What is it?
Because I seem to become slightly long, I want to write this continuance tomorrow.

Do you stand alone properly?
I like words called "the connection".
For an encounter with the person except oneself and a connection, I always feel わくわくを.
But sleep, and to be "connected"; must not forget it.
I am alone properly to be "connected", and standing.
I express this by words to "have own axis".
"A handstand" in Noguchi exercises http://aea.to/noguchitaisou/ is the very mysterious handstand that I do not lay emphasis on impossible nowhere of the body.
I stand straight with both arms in substitution for a foot upside down to stand with a foot commonly.
Lay emphasis on a neck, and bend a head, and bend an arm and a foot, and regulate balance, and it is impossible to a waist; do not do what lay emphasis on at all.
I have somebody support power づくで and I can write unreasonableness to one's body and stand and do not say with the true "handstand".
It is the sense that falls straight in the centrosphere to be reliable then.

When I have a pain in oneself, I have a pain in the other party.
When it is denied by somebody, and it is refused, we often feel the pain of the heart.
And, in disfavor with the other party which I deny it, and refused, I bear a grudge.
I "pat it, and that person will give such a response for me".
Surely it is the person who does not understand the pain of the person
I want to think like that and become it.
Actually, ex-I was so.
To see only hurt one's pain, I criticized a partner one-sidedly.
It is a certain time.
At some kind of opportunities, I played with a child, and the child swatted me with all one's might.
（There was not the harm particularly）
I do not think; there "is ache ー"! I cried with ".
The child cried at the same time to do it.
There "is ache ー"! With ".
The hand of the child turned red when I looked.
We laughed unintentionally.
And I understood it then.
When when I have a pain in oneself, a partner hurts.
Though it is about a trace a little more that I got possible to express it as words when I say more precisely.
Though a partner hurts when I beat somebody, I have a pain in one's one.
One's hand is red, and to swell up so as to swat it if I strongly swat it.

However, ことと "swatting" is the same who it is to do negation (refusal) of somebody.
The heart of the person feels a pain even if I do not notice.
As much as I do negation (refusal) of you, the heart of the person aches more and more.
There, there is not the quiet, calm contented ease.
Can you say "the person that that person does not understand the pain" if you were able to see the pain of the heart of the person?
I may notice that goddamn the person of the pain that you suffered is hurt again.
Therefore I sleep.
It is a draw.
Does not even a draw fall from the seesaw of the pain from the one where I noticed?
Instead of swatting it, it is possible for our this hand even to shake hands!
